When Mark Jenkins isn’t writing reviews and interviews for Ragged Press, he can be found either steering the ship of label Age of Quarrel Records or screaming his guts out in front of death/grind hardcore outfit Hand of Fear. Mark dropped the hammer today on the hotly anticipated “Evil Is As Evil Does” compilation on Bandcamp. Released via Age of Quarrel records, the compilation contains 108 tracks of scorching, punk, hardcore and grind. A ton of great bands are featured on the comp including Bastard Squad, Razorcut, Mindsnare, Southpaw and Blind Man Death Stare to name a few.
Proceeds from the compilation’s sale are being donated to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre which does amazing work campaigning for the rights of refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia.
